Take a look at these amazing projects.
The first is a yearly art exhibit called “Making the Mark” for children with cancer and their siblings. It’s open to children from around the world.
Complementary to that project is something called “The Splendid Review” that publishes children’s writing in a bi-annual anthology.
The third project is a music-making initiative called “Purple Songs can Fly”. Another way to help children with cancer by providing a creative outlet. You can even listen to some songs.
All of these projects are initiatives of the Texas Children’s Hospital.
These are brilliant, beautiful ways to give children the chance to express themselves.
